"Good location, but be aware that the elevator was not working during our entire stay. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its convenient location and the fact that it had an elevator. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service for all 5 days and 4 nights of our stay. We had five heavy pieces of luggage and had to carry them up and down the stairs ourselves, which was very inconvenient. If you’re traveling with multiple suitcases or have mobility concerns, you may want to consider a larger hotel with a reliable, working elevator. On a positive note, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. Rating summary: Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff, but the non-functioning elevator significantly affected our experience."

"The hotel staff are very helpful, polite and professional in dealing with clients. Clemens went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by changing our room accommodations as requested. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to many attractions, dining, entertainment and metro is few minutes away. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended."
