Lovely man on reception. Helped us with directions & the best way to do things whilst in Paris. Like using the Metro underground. Rooms are quite small but perfect for what we needed as we didn't want to spend too long in there with such a great city awaiting us. The location is great for the Metro. Its only a 4 min walk & a day pass for an adult is currently around £12 for unlimited use. Just a short 10 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast is continental & unlimited. Great coffee/tea & fruit juices.

Took my niece and grand nephew for a 4 day visit mainly to see the Eiffel-Tower and Paris St Germain football grounds but we were able to visit Arc de Triomphe and Louvre all within easy commute from the hotel by metro and bus. We used taxi once which was only about €13. Hotela friendly, warm reception. Easy check in. We arrived before check in but were able to leave our bags safely and go site-seeing. Bedroom had ample space for 3 of us and 3 single beds we requested! :) There were enough electric points next to beds to charge phones and tablets. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept well and room was warm and cosy. Lots of tea and coffee including Peppermint tea - thank you! Great shower, bathroom was small but cubicle was large with 2 types of shower heads both great. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Excellent location, short 5/10 minute walk to bus stop or metro...10 minutes from Arc de Triomphe!😀 Lots of cafes and restaurants near by, lovely atmosphere, we felt safe as 2 women walking around at 9pm with a child, people were friendly, helpful and kind. We found a local catholic church, St Joseph, saying the mass in English so joined in the evening Mass. The usual souvenir shops as well as the high end Champs-Élysées within 5/10 minute walk. What a gem! The only minor problem was no hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels or clothes and the curtains seemed a bit small for the windows and didn't fully close. Worth the slighly higher price, we plan to return.

Awesome customer service very kind people 🙏I'm very grateful with them.. clean rooms cleaning services daily. It was an great experience 💯 fifteen minutes away Eiffel Tower and five minutes walking to Arc of triumph where you can find a lot of nice restaurants and cafeterias

very modern room with really comfy pillows! great location with easy transport links. the staff were super lovely! the only downside would be the construction noise from across the street on weekdays.

Overal a very pleasant stay. The room was great for our family of 4 and location was excellent, walkable to lots of places. It was clean and comfortable and was cleaned and tidied every day. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, continental style with enough options. My only negative point was that there was no thermostat on one of the radiators in the downstairs section, so it just constantly blasting out making the room overly warm. The desk staff were unable to fix and nothing was done in the 3 nights we stayed despite asking for it to be replaced.

The very friendly people explained everything to us, but the rooms too small the same the problem of the air that turns it off when it is cold weather is automatically something of the pipes they told us, if you can change if you have more economy to buy more a superior room

Firstly when my husband and I entered the place the lady front desk wasn't willing to speak English with us. When I said "Hello, we have a reservation" she couldn't find my name and ask for Id which I provided to her. When she saw my passport she pronounce my name incorrectly and I corrected her and she made a fun on my name and she said " Ha ha ha its cute". I got offended by her behavior. She wasn't professional at all. She made me so upset that almost ruined my entire day. Then when I walked in to the room. Room was super small that you can barely move. We checked out next day.
