This beautiful and spacious apartment on two levels with high end decoration is ideally located in the 11th district of Paris. It's very close to numerous shops and public transports, which make it ideal to a trip in the capital.

This big 160 sq. m loft is located on the ground floor and includes :
- a nice living-room,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, hotplates, microwave),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-Fi, TV, satellite.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

## Neighborhood

By staying in the 11th arrondissement in the Bastille district, you will be at the heart of one of the most trendy and animated districts of the capital. Plenty of designers boutiques, restaurants, bars, animations… will be accessible on foot. You will also be able to stroll along Saint Martin canal, one of the favorite places from Parisian people to meet and chill, especially on the nice days. You will just need a metro ride to join the historic center, Père Lachaise cemetery, le Marais, the Place de la Bastille, and also Buttes-Chaumont park, one of Paris's biggest green spaces.
Moreover, you'll be perfectly connected to the city center and will be able to discover all the most famous monuments that have made Paris' fame and contribute to making it the most beautiful city of the world.
