Good location, not exactly as shown in pictures. Not a place for anyone with mobility issues, steep set of stairs to access bedroom, (in attic) attic floor is very uneven and ceiling is low for anyone that is tall.Currently building is undergoing a renovation on exterior so there is enclosed scaffolding to top floor.Building elevator was not working on arrival, but was working next day. Very steep stairwell to fourth floor of building if elevator is out of service
