Staff was friendly but bring your mosquito repellent with you. Got attacked at 1:30 am by a group of them and tried to reach out to the front desk/gm the whole night without success unfortunately.
No AC so very hot if you keep the windows closed. The place has good potential just not there yet. "

A few things about the room: Seems just the fan was operating, neither the air conditioning nor the heat.
Also, the room lacked a disposable slipper and a robe, which are standard for 4-star hotels. "

The breakfast was great—there weren’t too many options, but it was more than enough and everything was tasty. The location is excellent, though just a heads-up: if you're returning at night via Metro Line 13, be cautious—we had a bad experience. Aside from that, everything felt safe and enjoyable.
