"Great location. Clean and well maintained. Good size room by NYC standards. The front desk staff was great and helpful. My 3 stars on staff helpfulness was given because the housekeeping staff either forgot a bathmat or washcloths every day we were there. And after they leave for the day, the front desk staff cannot access the linens. In the big scheme of things, minor hiccup but small inconvenience."
