Duplex townhouse in quiet Holiday beach neighborhood/ lower grand lagoon. Professionally cleaned for your safety. Private entry on ground level. Steps away from beach (0.2 miles)and 2 deep water access boat launches (0.2 miles). Quiet residential neighborhood with bedrooms upstairs, living area downstairs with queen sleeper sofa and twin bed. Fully stocked kitchen space. Small fenced yard area with deck and outdoor dining area. Great for travelers with pets. Great neighborhood to walk dogs. 1 mile away from St Andrews State Park. Short drive to major attractions.

We welcome pets. Please keep pets off furniture or beds unless you bring covers to protect the beds and furniture. There is a $20/day fee for up to 2 pets.

Public Beach access 13 is a 6 minute walk across Thomas Drive from your front Door. beach wagon available for your use.
