「Die Villa liegt wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!」

Die moderne Architektur, das schöne Grundstück, der großzügige Pool und die ruhige Lage bilden ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder 😊」

「We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「The property is a quaint 3 bedroomed single storied house - 1 double and 2 twin rooms. 2 shower rooms with plenty of hot water. One shower room is in fact across the courtyard in the utility room (not mentioned in the details). Lovely to have outside space in the pretty courtyard. There are beautiful paintings on the walls painted by the owner’s father. The owners are a lovely couple who greeted us on our arrival. The location is a bit of a walk to the centre. 1/2 hour to the sea. Ok for us as...

「Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

「Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter Rafael war sehr freundlich, zeitlich flexibel und unkompliziert. Es ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden! 2 Kühlschränke, Gefriertruhe, Gaskochfeld, Geschirr, sogar ne Kaffeemaschine inklusive Pads und ein Grillplatz mit Spülbecken. Der Pool ist super schön, gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten alle Platz. Zum Ballermann 5 sind es 15-20min mit dem Auto/Taxi, zum Flughafen ebenfalls. Alles in allem eine tolle Finca kann ich weiter...

「En mi caso fuimos a pasar 3 noches a estos apartamentos porque nuestro hijo tenía un torneo de fútbol a escasos 15mnts andando del mismo. Las fechas en las que fuimos , nos hizo disfrutar de una zona tranquila y muy cerquita de todo . En cuanto al apartamento , está bien . No es un lujo , pues con el precio se deduce , pero es cierto que no se le puede pedir más . El único pero , por poner , sería la ducha . Muy pequeña y con la cortina muy encima que apenas permite el movimiento. Pero está bien...
