The staff were very wonderful and accommodating during my stay there. I didn't have the breakfast much but the location was amazing and so close to the Kyoto station

The room may be on the smaller side but there was still plenty of room. If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel that gives you the red carpet feeling, this is your spot. Incredible location close to the station and the staff truly is amazing.

This is a standard APA hotel with small rooms that have anything you would need for a short stay. Location is very convenient just steps away from Kyoto Station with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The staff was very helpful and polite and the breakfast option was definitely worth it.

Great Value Stay!!!

Great value for the price. The room was perfect size for me. Would have been fine if my wife was with me, and maybe 1 child, but that's probably max. But it was clean and location was convenient. Combini in 1 minute walking distance, and many restaurants near Kyoto station. I'd definitely stay there again when back in Kyoto.

Don't know why it doesn't rate higher. Very close to Kyoto Stn, so was great after getting off the train with suitcases. Clean, friendly staff. Room small by Western standards but knew that when booked.

A pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location near the train station was convenient. I appreciated the small touches like complimentary coffee and a shower cap. Overall, no complaints—would stay again!

Nice option for budget sensitive travelers

This is a budget hotel, great price but very small rooms as you can imagine. Nevertheless, it was clean and everything was in good shape. Not much of a view but that's ok because we were mainly there to sleep. It's close to everything, no issue finding stores, good restaurants and as close to the train station as possible. Overall a good place to stay but don't expect a 5 star luxury hotel.
