Our open GREAT ROOM living area features a chic mini-bar, gorgeous fireplace and plenty of room to entertain or simply relax in front of the 65” TV with full Cable line-up, including Streaming Services and 500Mbps Internet.
TWO spacious BEDROOMS, each featuring a KING BED and ENSUITE BATHROOM! The large DEN also has a KING BED and BATHROOM, plus direct access to the fetching atrium for both human and canine alike! All three rooms have large closets with built-in organizers for plenty of storage.
The LAUNDRY closet features a full size WASHER and DRYER hidden behind a stylish barn door.
The substantial south facing PATIO is perfect for al fresco dinners, entertaining family and friends, or a relaxing evening watching the sun set from the comfort of the plush, modern patio furniture.
We provide all linens, towels (including pool towels), start up coffee, tissues and toiletries.
Monterey Country Club is a friendly, active, gated resort community offering 27 signature holes of golf, 20 Pickleball courts, 14 tennis courts, 4 bocce ball courts, and a fitness center with high-end cardiovascular and weight-training equipment! Enjoy any of the 37 community POOLS - one just a few steps from our home! Each pool has an accompanying hot-tub, and all pools are heated from November-April.
