"Lovely hotel to stay in right in the heart of a busy part of Naples. Easy to walk to so many popular spots. Surprisingly quiet for being so central, even within the hotel, which was perfect as a mother visiting Naples solo who never gets silent rest! The hotel was lovely, staff lovely, accommodation was very comfortable! Would definitely revisit. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Very clean and nice accommodations. Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours.
Location is very convenient and wolkable to city center, attractions and port.

"Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack. "Beautiful and spacious room. Coffee machine in the room was great as was the beautiful tub and location. Make sure to communicate with the hosts in advance so you can get proper instructions on finding the place. "

"I really enjoyed the stay, bed was comfy and bathrooms clean and newly renovated . Mainly location was great , the reason we chose this hotel was location and it did not disappoint , for first time in Naple tourists i could not have asked better , also owner or manager was a very nice lady and cleanng crew amazing."

"Super nice place to stay - check in was online and through WhatsApp but easy - place was exactly as the pictures- clean- comfortable and beautiful- walking to the touristic areas - 15 minutes to the train station - and the marina in taxi ! Really recommend!!!!!!!!!"

"- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming
- Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock)
- Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere
- Breakfast was delicious and varied
- Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters
- Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias

"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."
"Amazing place- staff went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon stop here during our Italy trip was special. Would 100% recommend and go there again! It felt like an odd spot to find such a beautiful place but it was so worth the stay. "

"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
