「Our multigenerational family traveled to Kauai together and found this home that fit most of our needs! Excellent location and close enough that you hear the waves crashing! Beautiful pool with a spa but during our stay the spa wasn’t heated, and jet switch didn’t work. Overall you won’t regret staying here as it is walking distance to so much on the south shore! Gabe had great communication throughout our stay as well! Hard to leave the beautiful island!」

「Property was just as described and photographed. Over the years we have rented several other properties including Kauai. This was the best stocked kitchen ever, and the house and cottage accommodated our family of 11 very comfortably. The generous supply of beach towels and equipment was much appreciated, as was the pool and access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Our teens enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. 「Excellent location with a private pool and hot tube that isn’t far from the property. This is a private house with the bottom story rented out to guest. You will need to be mindful of sound as it’s a traditional island house with open windows and guest next to you and above you and no AC. 」

「The property was in a fabulous location close to other family members at the resorts. Beautiful “lived in” home that was welcoming and comfortable without feeling like a manicured resort. Family friendly pool for the keikis, just enough for the little ones to get wet or for the adults to cool off in the evening. Great views of the mountains after being on the beach all day. 「We had the most magical week at this lovely home in Poipu, Kauai. The area is wonderful, the home is part of a lovely community mixed with full time residents, snowbirds and vacationing families. The community is a mix of single-family homes like Sonya's condos and a larger resort. We loved walking down to the pool each day which we often had to ourselves and spent time on the beach each day as well. 「Nice big murphy bed that was actually comfy, has everything you need! Loved the porch and the landscaping with lots of flowers. I didn’t realize it was a duplex/split unit, so some of the photos like the little golf green was on the other side and didn’t feel comfortable going to the other renter’s space, but also not a big deal at all.
