- The nightly rate is based on a 6-person occupancy.
For any additional guests, there is a charge of $35 per person, per night, plus Hawaii state tax.
- Please take the kitchen trash out daily and keep the counters and floors clean so that no ants or other pests are coming in.
The main trash bin is stored in the garage. Each trash bag should be tight so the trashman can take it out of the main trash. Trash pick up is on Tuesday and Friday at 7 am, so please put the trash can on Pe`e Road on the night before the trash pickup; on Monday and Thursday evening.
- The Quiet hour after 8 pm
- No outdoor shoes in the house
- No towels/cloth hanging in the front lanai
- No smoking inside the house. We have a designated place for smoking outdoors
- No house party
- No jump/dive in the pool
- No eating or storing food in the bedroom (sorry we have guests who did this and pests came therefore we have to add this rule ). Hawaii`s high humidity gives the right condition for food to smell and attract pests.
- Mid-clean will apply for 10 nights or longer stay
- Please close all the windows/doors when AC is on
- Please turn off ACs when you are not using or leaving the house.
- There is a visible security camera under the deck looking at the parking lot
- The driving speed limit is 15 mph in Poipu Kai resort
Cancellation Policy:
Please note there is a $300 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund of the rental amount, minus the $300 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 14–29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the rental amount, minus the $300 cancellation fee.
