"This hotel has good but not great. Bed was a little hard and air conditioning didn’t work very well. Parking was simple but overpriced through the hotel. Short walk to food and coffee. "

"Shower head didn’t allow much water to come out. The air conditioning unit struggled to keep up. Would wake up sweaty and than freezing Overall clean but overpriced for a motel room. "

"This place is in terrible condition. It’s very outdated, and it shows in every area of the property. The gym is poorly maintained, the pool is in rough shape, and the rooms are just as bad—worn down, unclean, and clearly not being kept up properly. There honestly isn’t a single standout positive about the stay. They try to highlight a “fancy” waterfall feature, but even that is only partially functioning. To make matters worse, there’s exposed PVC piping running up the wall to create a three-level effect, and it looks extremely cheap and poorly done. It completely takes away from what they’re trying to present. On top of that, basic functionality is a problem. The front doors were broken on the first night, and by the second day they were down to just one working elevator, which made getting around the building frustrating and slow. This property has clearly gone downhill. It may have been a great place at one time, but that is no longer the case. In its current state, it’s easily one of the worst places to stay in the area. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, functional, or enjoyable hotel experience."

"Convenient location for visiting St Louis. Three night stay for four was a reasonable price. Property exterior was unkept (trash, overflowing garbages). The interior could use more consistent vacuuming and dusting. But we needed a place to sleep."

"The property was well run, well staffed. There were large groups there for a sporting event and the hotel handled them well. The breakfast and happy hour food was nice. The hotel is very clean. A great place for families."

"The Ozarker has made the most out of their property. Even with the smaller, motel-sized rooms and the temps too cold most days to take advantage of the pool, our family of five did great. The bunks-above-queen beds combo worked well with no creaking. The lobby/bar area is not sterile like most hotel lobbies - it has an amazing, welcoming vibe with plenty of family-friendly games and activities. Between that space and the beautiful creek area in the back, our family had no problem enjoying our downtime between outings. Breakfast was great - there was a warm option and overnight oats every day, alongside standard cold options. We’ll be staying here again next time we visit Branson!"
