「There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. 」

「Nice place」

「The hotel appeared to look clean. However, upon arriving there were large crackers/chips in the floor by the air unit in the room. Additionally, one of the elevators had what appeared to be puke/stool. The front desk attendant was notified and 4 hours later it was still not cleaned. The next morning it was wiped up but not cleaned and the 3rd flood had the same puke/stool on the floors outside of the elevator for 3 days. The room provided 2 towels for 2 adults & 1 child and when asked for more...

「Very friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. Hotel and room were very clean. Very good WiFi and TV. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. 」
