「When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! 「The unit was very comfortable and had all the features and supplies we were looking for.
There was plenty of storage space so we could really feel at home.
We did have one minor maintenance issue. When we reported it, the maintenance person beat us back to the unit and fixed the issue.」

「There technically wasn't much actually wrong, but rooms that photograph like a cabin and have the word cabin repeatedly in the marketing make it seem like that's what you get. Instead it's a cabin themed large apartment in 506. So that was disappointing. Needs a face lift but nothings broken. Strained carpet, beat up doors and trim, terrible kitchen pans and utensils, toilets that need extra attention to stop running. 「Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with.
Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere.
My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night.
I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville.」
