"Really enjoyed our stay. House is very accommodating for our group of 8 adults and 7 small children (ages 9-1). Kids had great time in house and the large pool. Beaches were just a few miles away and grocery store 1 mile. Lots of pool and beach toys in the house. "

"The view was very nice and the location good. The property has no amenities and overall needs a facelift. The pool was under construction and closed during our visit and the we did not make that clear when booking. There are no services on the property, a disappointment for the price point."

"First off, each unit is individually owned so we can only speak our unit during March 2026. The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else. The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but serviceable. Fridge had rust on the outside but worked fine. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some inexpensive TLC - not sure why the owner didn't do so between Christmas and Spring Break. The price was really good for that time slot. Could see staying at the facility again. Hope this unit owner makes some basic improvements."

"We vacationed with another family, so 2 couples and two 15 yr old girls. More than enough room for everyone, beautiful home, well appointed amenities and superb location! We loved fishing and kayaking right from the pier. We saw many iguanas, dolphins and manatee. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, walks and bike rides through the neighborhood and simply relaxing ☺️ n this beautiful home. Grocery store, restaurants and beach were all a very close car ride. Communication was also great. We plan to visit again!"

"Large and luxurious estate in one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Marco Island. You can easily walk to the beach (1 mile) and it’s also near restaurants and the grocery store. The pool area is brand new, really well done and beautiful. One very minor request, we wished we could have disabled the door monitors to the pool which alarm if the door is open for more than about 5 seconds. It made getting in and out to the grill a little hurried and cumbersome. I understand the need for a system like this with young kids but would have preferred a waiver and the ability to disable it since our kids are all high school age or older. Overall, really awesome property, definitely gets the highest marks, and no one wanted to leave. "

"We recently stayed at this VRBO and there were definitely some highlights, but overall the value did not match the price we paid.The biggest positives were the location and the size of the home. It was very convenient to be able to walk to both the beach and the grocery store. The community also had a very welcoming feel, and everyone we encountered was extremely nice. The restaurants in the area were amazing, and the inside of the house itself was beautiful, spacious, and worked well for our group. I also want to note that the service from the property manager was good.That said, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The home had a noticeable mildew odor that our entire party commented on. While the inside was beautiful, the outside of the house and the outdoor furniture were in poor condition. The chairs were dry rotted, the cushions were very old, and the overall outdoor setup needs updating. The screen doors also had broken handles.The amenities were not in the condition we expected. The kayaks were in rough shape, and the bikes needed repairs before they could even be ridden. There were also maintenance issues inside the home, including burned out lights and two showers with lights out. There was no remote for the ceiling fan above the pool table. We also had to call to request propane because all of the propane tanks were empty when we arrived. Overall, the property did not deliver the value for the price we paid."
