「Property is clean and well maintained and close to the beach and casino」

「Parking is terrible on a steep hill. Cleaning solution smell was overwhelming. The room was very hot upon arrival. No air conditioning in room. Beds were terrible and didn’t sleep more than a couple hours. Smokers lingered right outside the front door. No ice on 2nd floor. We are usually happy with other motel 6 locations, but this one is awful. Lincoln City is not a place we will visit again.」

「The view and location are great. I've stayed here many times. The last time was 2024 and the place was great, nice and clean, well maintained, and breakfast choices were really nice. Unfortunately, I can't say this was the case this time. The place was run down, trash outside the main doors was almost always overflowing, inside wasn't very clean, and the breakfast was really sad(lack of options and ran out of the little they had). I was very disappointed as this has been a great place to stay...

「We stayed at this hotel because we really love this place and had good memories of it. Unfortunately, this time it was very disappointing to see the condition of the property and the room. The first thing we noticed was the uncut grass, overgrown lawns, and white railings that had turned green because they were covered in moss. It gave the impression that the property is not being taken care of and almost feels abandoned. The room also had several issues: the ceiling was peeling, there were...

「This place was well worth the money. I was a little apprehensive at first but just needed a place to sleep. No AC but it was cool enough at night to sleep. I would definitely stay there again.」

「While the staff that was there were wonderful, our room wasn't very clean and needed a lot of repairs. Again, the front desk staff was great, the room just needed to be deep cleaned.」

「This is a charming, old-fashioned motel to stay in, brought nostalgia for the days before large corporate chains took over the landscape. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet and quaint. You feel like you are in your own little world...we only had a brief interaction with the gentleman in the office and saw other guests from a distance. Check-out was quick and self-service. A great place to get away from crowds, noise, stress. No breakfast buffet, but several dining options are close by.」

「The pool could use heat!! It was a chilly swim but my toddlers have fun regardless. There was one front desk guy who wasn’t very pleasant but there was another guy who took over there night shift who was great! The laundry room was nice & the room was spacious but the beds were SUPER soft in not a good way.」

「The location was great! However, there’s no AC nor an elevator so you’d have to lug your stuff up 3 stories (we were on the third floor). Breakfast is grab and go.」
