「We enjoyed our stay while visiting Disneyland. The location was ideal and our kids (ages 10, 17, 19, 21) chose to walk to Disneyland each day. We used an uber to get home once. Everyone had enough walking. The home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Including chairs and toys for a day at the beach. We would stay here again!」

「House was great! Plenty of room, clean, the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Super short walk to the sand and a 2 block walk to the big grocery store. Area is awesome! Thankful for the garage to park in because the streets are crowded with cars but when it says the garage is small, it is. We have a Toyota mini van that only fits if we all got out of the car first before backing in. It was tight but thankful to have the garage! We were there on a rainy weekend and was looking forward to trying...

「Communication was excellent. The location was perfect. For anyone attending the Christmas boat parade, we walked to ninth Street and had the best seats. This location is close to Balboa pier, Balboa Island ferry, and excellent walkways. After seven days, we felt like we had walked at least 75% of Balboa Peninsula. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.」

「This place was very clean and modern. The owner was very responsive and hospitable. The mattresses were a little hard, but that’s the only issue we had. We would stay here again, for sure.」

The view from the master bedroom is stunning and we really enjoyed the sunsets in comfort and style. We plan to return again soon. 」

「The location was perfect. The amenities were slightly lacking, no shower soap, shampoo etc. No hair dryer but when asked about the hair dryer the host immediately acquired one for our use. We had already gone out and purchased shower amenities. No beach chairs but plenty of beach towels. It was an excellent location and very clean. I would hav come more prepared had I known the shower amenities were not provided.」

「Everything about this house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. Each bathroom had products for guests to use. The billiard table was a favorite for our teenager and young adult kids. It was a really great distance to the Disney parks. The host was very quick in responding when I had questions. We really enjoyed staying at this house!」
