「Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. The backyard is great, but could use more seating. This home is close to LOTS of stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is lively. Cars...

「It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch.」

「Nice neighborhood, clear communication from host and decently priced」

「All was very clean what we like the most was it was pet friendly」

「We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests. The mattresses were also hard as a rock.」

「Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small...

「Great view.」

「We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana.」

「Our group of 6 had an outstanding experience at this house! Vivian was a great host - she was prompt and friendly to communicate with! We had a small issue with a non-working stove-top and she was able to fix it the same day we reported it. We highly recommend the house for its location, cleanliness and comfortability and would certainly stay here again!」

「Wonderfully appointed house. Very clean and lovely, welcoming decor. Plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans to feed everyone at the 10 person dining table. Drip coffee, Keurig, or electric tea kettle available, plus a rice cooker and a blender. Outdoor gas grill was easy to use. Comfortable beds with soft bedding, lots of pillow choices, and warm, cozy blankets. Wall A/C units made it easy to customize temperatures in different rooms for different needs. So many extras available...

「Location on Oak St was perfect. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher was not working so I let the owner know so she could get it repaired. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making our beach days easy.」

「The property was clean and great value.」

「It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...

「This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip.」

「Convenient location to Disney. Quiet area. Friendly host. 」
