As mentioned above, this building is in the midst of a major deck renovation project, with construction activity taking place Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That means you can expect noise, dust, debris, and construction crews during those weekday hours. Decks are completely unusable at this time for safety reasons.
The upside? Nights and weekends are quiet, and if you're planning to be out hiking, biking, swimming, or exploring Tahoe during the day — this is your chance to score a seriously discounted stay. We’ve priced these units well below normal rates for guests who just need a comfy, convenient place to recharge between outdoor adventures.
Fireplace One Bedroom #701 offers:
• 745 square feet with one bedroom, one full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, full kitchen, living area with gas fireplace, private balcony, and washer/dryer.
• The bedroom has a king bed, two side tables, side chair, dresser, and television.
• The living space has a large wraparound sofa, coffee table, television mounted over the gas fireplace, DVD player, and dining area that seats 4. The condo does not have a sleep-sofa.
• The full kitchen includes utensils, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top and full oven.
• There is a grill located on the private balcony.
• The fireplace one bedroom accommodates 2 people.

Condominium #701 provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out resort fun, restaurants, and world-famous KT-22 nestled in a light and bright refreshed space. It is easy to relax in style in this one bedroom condo featuring a gas fireplace that takes ‘winter cozy’ over the top! Especially on those days when you want to kick back after a fun day on the slopes.
Upon entry you will find an open living zone with a full kitchen refreshed with granite countertops, and a breakfast bar seating four, a living room with a gas fireplace and dining table that seats four. There is an entry bench and cubbies to stash your gear.
This one bedroom lives large, and provides a wonderful place to gather and relax together. The dining table accommodates four people with extra seats at the breakfast bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony with courtyard and valley views.
The bedroom has a king bed, dresser and wall hanging television that makes for a great escape and relaxation zone. The full bathroom has access to the one bedroom, and features two vanity areas, a helpful accommodation for larger groups. Due to the size and setup of the unit there is not a door on the bathroom.
The condominium also provides a washer dryer.
Palisades Tahoe Lodge provides guests with plenty of great HOA amenities including a seasonal swimming pool, health club, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), steam room, sauna and tennis courts.
You’re a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Village for dining and après, or a quick drive to nearby summer Tahoe golf courses. Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking
