「I had stayed this hotel for 3 days. It was very comfortable, pleasant for staying. As the location is very closed to "Trade Center Chennai", it must be convenient for business person to attend Exhibition. Food is also recommended in restaurant inside hotel. Will stay next time. 」

「this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor.
No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe

「Rooms were pretty small. No proper response from the support staff. Beds were horrible and could sense the spring when sitting on bed. Water were leaking in toilets, roaches found too. I will not recommend this place anyday.」
