「During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming. When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. They also implied that “not enough time had passed” for a theft to occur — an assumption that did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation. We asked for the key‑log records for...

「I booked 3 rooms. The staff upgraded my room. My daughter got ready for prom and I’m so glad we booked here because it was exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay here again and the price was great.」

「I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.」

「へｙへやへやｈ部屋は清掃が行き届いており清潔でした。駅からも徒歩７分ほどで便利な場所でした。総合的に良いホテルでした。ホテルにクレームするとすると、チェックインに宿泊者にはクッキーがプレゼントされるそうだったのですが、わたしはもらえませんでした。あとからもらっていないことに気づき、フロント対応者が忘れただけなのか人種差別なのかわかりませんが気分がよくないです。」

「We real enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A couple of small quirks such as spotty internet and the bathroom door would not close but other than that we loved everything. Front desk staff was very helpful and the onsite restaurant Krazy Kats was great. My wife visited the Spa and said it was terrific.」

「Everything is great here. I've stayed here a t least 6 times and everyone is great. The breakfast has a good variety, It's close to the major highways and food is only 10-15 minutes away. Best of all, the rooms are new and very clean!」
