「The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.」

「Our room looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures are of the main house and we were in a different building. We had no idea we had to go to the Waves resort lobby to check in until after we parked and read the sign. Our room was extremely outdated and run down. The beds were firm and one comforter was ripped with the batting coming out. Unfortunate for the price we paid. The location seemed ok, we did use the pool and it was fine. Easy walk to the beach.」

「This place is right on the beach. Very nice older hotel. We enjoyed the area very much, but there is only pay parking in lots not very close to attractions. Difficult to get around if you are using handicap assisted devices....」

「Rooms are clean and staff is very present on site. The rooms are a tad dated with the bathroom and kitchen area but that’s to be expected in an older beach town. The location is key if you have kids. It’s right on the beach with a short walk between the grass to get to your setup. Great for bathroom breaks and grabbing snacks from your room. Along with that you are a short walk to the pier where all the action is for kids. But far enough down from where all the mass public parking is that...

「The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. I did not like the following - no counter space in the bathroom, no towel holder for towels after showering or for the hand towel. Only one chair to sit in.」

「Pros - staff - distance to the pier Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a. - to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke. - could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed) - yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location. I wouldn’t stay there again.」

「The room wasn't super clean and the sheets were stained. We did not get any additional towels or toilet paper for our 3 day 2 night stay. The pool was often left with used towels laying around and trash from people. The location was great though for the beach, less packed then the beach area near the pier. The pier is not a walk away, very much a drive away unless you have a bike or scooter. The best part was the Grill that was attached to the motel. Food was great and a cute tiki bar vibe.」
