The hotel was clean but a little outdated. The staff was friendly, and they have onsite parking. The resort is on the waterfront so great beach access. It is also close enough and far enough away from the downtown area, about a 10 min walk.

We stayed in a renovated room with nice wooden high ceiling. For a motel, not bad, expect noise from railroad nearby as every motel here does, shower could use upgraded pressure balance so you don’t get hit with hot/cold shot when someone turns water on. Bed is great, slept very well. For one overnight, this was an ideal place with comfort and good price.

Staff was super friendly & informative. It’s an older motel in a beach town, but it’s very well maintained. Room cleanliness, staff presence, room service quality are all excellent. Definitely will be our first choice for future trips to Old Orchard Beach.

The room was VERY clean and we loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms are definitely showing their age and the beds were very uncomfortable.

We had a very nice stay. The resort is clean and our room was comfortable. We liked that we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The one area that was troublesome was the WiFi- we were trying to work remotely and the WiFi was extremely unreliable. It was frustrating.
