"The lobby smelled like a natural gas leak. There was an exposed tack strip in between the bed and the bathroom that I stepped on in the middle of the night. The vents made a loud banging noise when the air came on, all night. "

"Great customer service, i was helped quickly, he was very friendly, 20$ nightly deposit, but i wasnt satisfied with the room. The water slowly drained so i didnt even get to take a shower after my daughter, u could see visible stains on the mattress, tv was grainy, used our tablet to watch shows instead. My key card took like 5 swipes before it let me in. Would not stay there again."
