「We got an envelope with instructions to get into the apt and the door code. Two of the digits were transposed. The door lock freezes out after a few incorrect attempts, so we spent 10 minutes at 1am thinking we were crazy. 「We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. 「Wouldn't recommend for senior citizens. Toilet was too low. I didn't like not having walk - in shower. Tub was hard to get into. Also i was checked into a room that should have been close off, so had to move to a different room. Staff was very helpful. 」
