"The property met all our needs with cooking and washing facilities. Arriving from Australia there was some complexity in regards to accessing the password and details which was difficult due to legal and technology issues

"My husband and I booked Lamp Light Books Hotel Sapporo as part of our stay in Sapporo as part of our honeymoon trip. Unfortunately because of the snow storm, our flight from Tokyo to Sapporo was cancelled. Thankfully the staff at Lamp Light Books Hotel were very understanding and accomodating and offered to refund our booking. We will definitely book next time we are back in Sapporo. Thank you!"

"Check in process was a little unique but had no issues and they even helped changed the number of guests day of check in. Is a good sized room for larger groups if you want to stay in the same room and was a decent location (a couple of minutes away from a train station). 2 toilets and a shower area were a nice bonus."

"Hotel itself alittle old but rooms are spacious and next to shopping street. Walking distance to Susukino and Odori park. Breakfast was sumptuous, alot of sashimi. Staff are friendly too. The bus to airport is just across the hotel. Overall we're glad we chose ABest Hotel over a newer one in Susukino due to overall comparison. "
