Great location, offered all we needed. The check in took really long. It is a very large hotel, and elevators were a bit strange and it could take a while to get there. Mattresses were top notch. Great for big groups but not a cozy hotel.

The housekeeping staff are welcoming and friendly…always saying hello and wishing you a pleasant day. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The room is big for NYC standards. This is our favorite place to stay due to the location. Close proximity to the parking garages, quick walk to Central Park or the theatre.
