Staff was great. Definitely pay the $40 for nightly parking on Sunday and Thursday nights so you don’t get towed on Ala Wai Blvd. Great room location was walkable. We payed a little more to have the executive suite and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel, a few blocks from the middle of waikiki. 10 mins to the beach. Very clean, nice lobby, and free popcorn mid day. Good value for dollar.

Staff at front desk were fine. But when changing my bathroom towels the room cleaners only gave me one clean and one dirty towel back and I don't even think the dirty towel the gave me back was mine, as it was clearly dirty and had a funny smell.
