Rooms,staff and customer service were great. It is very misleading the photo with Villa Magna which is most of the room are condos and not part of the hotel. The pool bathrooms need upgrading, lack of any real entertainment like the Rui. The Italian, Mexican and sushi were great. Did not care for the menu on the Mediterranean restaurant although it looked like the ambiance was nice.

My experience with the whole group, staff was great. I want to mention special kudos to Mario manager on duty most of the time when I needed to certain things as I travel quite a bit, he came through every time and can't thank him enough for the personalized service, but I will say the rest of the staff was great to me as well all in all the very Surprisingly great experience

The staff were amazing! Their English was limited, but they were willing and were so pleasant. A shout out to Caesar at the Steak house, and Rachel the host. Ernesto at the breakfast poolside buffet, and Mario who made the omelets! loved the 3 pools, and beach seating with palapas. My favourite beach server was Aldahar who kept the mango margaritas coming! The food was ok, I tried all the restaurants and the Italian was my favourite, Brenda kept everything moving quickly.

Our shower flooded our toilet area a bit, the bathroom is quite open near the bedroom so can be uncomfortable at times, and our AC wasn’t the best till the last two nights. However, the jacuzzi on the balcony was lovely and was a great touch!

We enjoyed the room and the great view of the ocean. Food was mediocre at best, always over cooked, bland and always cold. Building needs updating and elevator often didn’t work. The New Years Eve firework show and entertainment was top notch! We haven’t experienced anything like it. Staff all worked very hard, friendly and wonderful. The ocean water was warm and couldn’t ask for anything more in January!

The room is in good condition. The staff are friendly. The building is old and the elevators need work. One was shut-down for 5 days. The food situation needs much improvement. The buffet was closed for dinner 4 out of the 7 nights we were there, and then only 3 or 4 other options. Those options include restuarants that may not be appealing to everybody - such as sushi. Most entrees are very small as well.

The resort itself is fabulous not to mention the friendly and very helpful staff they were just amazing. I’ve been to Mexico a lot of times and l would always book an all inclusive package because of what the resorts have to offer. With my past experiences unfortunately Fiesta Americana have disappointed me tremendously particularly what the buffet restaurant have to offer. The food may be tasty and all that although the selections are very limited h @

Resort is very nice with several large pools and nice sandy beach. Nightly entertainment and complimentary use of boogie/body boards. The staff are excellent from Edgar at the front desk, to Froylan/Daniel/Rosario/Irnesto/Fabiola and amazing Omelette chef Mario at the breakfast restaurant, Arturo (Shaquille) at the beach bar and Ezekiel/Alan as the entertainment hosts. Each one of them made a special effort to get to know us during our stay especially Froylan and Arturo. The rooms were nice also. A good variety of restaurants but this is also where some improvements could be had. The food was good but one critique would be there is some inconsistency in dinner service across the restaurants with orders getting missed on occasion. Breakfast was great (go see Mario) and lunch at the fish taco place was great. Inconsistency mainly at the steakhouse although the Salmon there was very good.

Food selection was limited and the watered down Mexican coffee was awful. Thank goodness for the coffee shop! The room was great - good size, comfortable bed and couch. Only having 1 working elevator much of the time was annoying. There was only 1 evening entertainment in our 2 weeks so having no TV on 3 nights was frustrating. Pools were lovely. Extra time spent asking for rooms at every dining venue seemed pointless as it’s an all inclusive resort. Promised diet soda never was provided and on 3 days the room had still not been cleaned by 3 pm.

The room was nice, the view was incredible..the staff was super friendly. The amenities as far as food was a little lacking they only had a couple of restaurants open. They changed ownership so they were just getting their feet wet.
