「Stayed at unit number 4-firefly Ridge. Unit was perfect – only downside is parking for this unit is not level. A very small item for an overall outstanding 2 nite visit. I would definitely come here again next time I'm in the Hot Springs area.」

「Hotel was ok, but a little run down. Check in staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, but bathroom tub didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was poor. Only waffle maker, cereal, breads, and biscuits with white gravy. The syrup for the waffles wasn’t refilled, so waffles weren’t even worth it. Fine if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, but don’t expect much more.」

「The room was really clean it was in okay check in just didn't know there was a deposit wish I had known that before I got there but otherwise it was okay」

「When we arrived at 11pm that night. Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. This is our second year staying at this hotel and I’m not sure if we’ll book again when we come back next year. the morning lady who also stocked the breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave our daughter some food to feed the turtles.
