My husband and I enjoy staying in historical hotels such as the Arlington. It is charming with still using a key to get into your room. Very nice hot tub and two pools. We stay here every time we visit Hot Springs! 😊Easy access to stores and diners.

Staying at the Arlington is like stepping back in time! It’s a grand old lady of a hotel! The bar and the lobby are beautiful; it’s a great place to gather with friends and family. The rooms are clean and comfortable if not exactly modern. The pool and hot tub are nice. And the Arlington is close to a lot of restaurants and other cool places. There’s nothing at this grand old hotel I was unhappy with. I have stayed there several times, and I intend to stay there again!

The best part of this hotel is definitely the bar and location. The rooms were very dated and you need to expect that before going. I couldn’t even hardly use the shower because of the shower head and you definitely can only have one person in the bathroom at a time.

Hotel is very cool. Room is very dated, carpets were damp and wrinkly, around baseboards dirty, walls seemed dirty, bedding was clean. Bathroom has old tubs, not accessible for old people to get in and out of. My 81 year old mother could not shower as she could not access the shower.

The location is great to walk to shops or restaurants. The bath house and spa was an amazing experience. Rooms and bathroom need remodeling but beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. Hot water is plentiful and I would stay here again.

The bar and band on Friday night was the best! Valet parking was not available so we had to find somewhere to park. The hotel definitely needs to be renovated. The paint on the ceiling and walls was peeling. And it did not even provide shampoo and soap to wash our hands with this really needs to be corrected. Not sure I would recommend this property.

We have been staying at the Arlington for 20+ years and waiting on their promised upgrades and room renovations. The room need work especially the bathrooms. Peeling and fixtures plus the vent for the ac was rusted. Draws slightly hanging these things are easy fixes yet tell me they are far away from being where they should be. We undertake it’s an old historic place, which is why we stay in hopes that it will one day get to where it needs to be. Staff were great.

The property was aging but cozy. Renovations are in progress and I'll be back to see them once they're complete. Having a spa and bathhouse on site is a plus. Dining options are limited.
