「The first room they gave us had hair in the bed and flies in the bathroom. The hallway was missing ceiling tiles and leaking water to the floor. There was a strange odor. The service desk did not provide an iron or a hair dryer. Our key card stopped working and I had to get it reprogrammed, they did not validate my identity when I gave them my room number - anyone could have gotten access to my room! There was no daily housekeeping.」

「Frightening area. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES YOU SEE. VAs we were pulling in, unable to get in, a most likely “ homeless” man swinging a baseball bat and angrily yelling something at us as he was approaching us set the stage for us. No place for an elderly lady and 2 children to stay. Immediately called host, who ASSURED me if there were any issues she would be accessible !! No response. It was storming so we finally got in. Trying to communicate via phone. I left a message that we would not...

「There was a bit of an ant problem around the entrance. Not a huge problem, but there wasn't much I could do to get rid of them because I have a severe ant allergy. Otherwise, it was really great. It looks more spacious in person than advertised.」
