「Loved the stay! Nearly every room has fun moody lighting and extras! The towel warmer in the bathroom is a sweet touch! Even left a few things behind and was able to quickly coordinate picking them up the day after our stay! 10/10 will stay again.」

「Nice clean condo with a fairly convoluted check-in. Follow the provided instructions exactly! Also, you can't park at the building, you have to find your own parking. The garage suggestions on the listing can't be used - the bank garage is for bank employees and monthly tenants, the library garage is not open 24/7. Spring 2024, construction of some sort is being done on the building, beware you may experience a planned power outage. We were not warned in advance, our first night had an outage...

「Perfect spot! In town for a basketball tournament in St. Joseph. This place was perfect for our family, had everything we needed. Host was accommodating as we needed to extend our stay. Close to everything and town square is so cute. If ever in town again, would definitely stay again!」

「Love the neighborhood and not far from downtown. Didn’t know where to park but street parking on Oak worked out perfect. Gets pretty loud due to the street being a busy one. All in all good!」

「I’d like to say how great the owner of this property was. She addressed any questions I had very quickly and was extremely helpful. The building was a little bit dingy but the actual apartment was very cute. It was clean and had everything I needed while I was there. There is some construction going on around the building which makes it a little more difficult to get to. Overall it was a very nice stay. Thank you so much!」

「We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake.」
