「The hotel is not clean. 」

「The listing dies not come close to matching. Listing says "sleeps 3" but there is only a queen size bed and we had to purchade an air mattress. Host states "just reach out if you need anything!" We tried to reach out on five different occassion, never got any responses! TV for location states "smart tv" it is not it is only ROKU. States "parking available" only if you can manage to squeeze in to driveway next to the hosts vehicle. Location does not come close to what is advertisec!」

「Communication was great and my family loved the pool. We booked this place on a whim for a staycation in the greater Houston area. Few areas for improvement for a better stay is attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The yard was overgrown and messy with tree branches and debris, so we did not use any other outdoor activities.
