"Room was very clean. Shower is not tall people friendly. My husband is 6'0", he couldn't stand under the shower without bending backwards. Pillows are the size of couch throw pillows. Tried to go to the bar, ignored by the staff for at least 25 minutes, even when my husband tried to speak to the server directly. Breakfast was basic, slow to refill items. Appears the property is severely understaffed. Ending on a positive note, SYLVIA at the front desk was AMAZING!! SHE GETS 5 STARS!✨️🫶✨️ We probably will not stay there again."

"The property itself was very nice! The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast however was not fresh. My husband had a moldy bagel and the pastries tasted old. If you're planning on having breakfast elsewhere, this definitely made for a nice stay though!"

"hidden parking fees upon arrival. Carpet in the room had wine stains and was in general poor condition. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Most staff were nice. Management was unsympathetic to my grievance about hidden parking fees preferred to blame issue on Expedia. Both need to revisit fee transparency. "
