"Hot and cold daily breakfast included, and no waffle maker to fumble with. Staff and free local shuttle to ORD, shopping, and a train station to the Loop were helpful. Uno’s wonderful deep dish pizza restaurant is attached. The hotel itself needs updating with new clean carpet. The workout room was closed."

"Big bathrooms!! Walk in shower as well as a tub in the bathroom. Big room. Room service was excellent. BC Bistro has delicious food. Negative: The young man at the desk in the evening, said my husband had to sign in. I told him that my 93 yrs. old husband was going to stay in the car until I had the room key. It was cold and raining outside. He still said Earl had to sign in. His name was in the computer from years 30 ago! I told him that I made the reservation. I prepaid for the reservation with my own credit card. I am checking in. NOW. What is the problem? I made sure the whole lobby heard me. We had been traveling all day and were tired. Another front desk person came over, looked at my reservation and told him to give me my key."

"Room was clean and tidy. Staff was attentive to our needs. We tried breakfast on our first morning. It was delicious. Parking was good. Kinda old but it was safe. Drive to the city was usually traffic but the drive was pretty. We always drove by the water."
