「This was MINUTES from the Ark Encounter, which is what we were in town for. VERY clean and nice. Loved all of the dishes and useful things in house. Beds were very comfortable. Nice front porch to sit on. Also, a fire pit in the backyard. We didn't use but would be nice in the Fall or cool evenings. Several options around for DoorDash or to go eat. Would definitely stay again if in the area!」

「There were some cobwebs in the bedrooms, otherwise the house was clean. The location of the property was very handy and the house is comfortable. We spent 5 days at this property and it was perfect for a large group. The only thing negative I will say is that the firepit was 10 rocks in a circle on the side of the road in front of the house. Not really usable. We had a great trip as always, and appreciate the hospitality.」
