「Room smelled like smoke and it was noisy. It was adjacent to another room through a door. I could see light from the other room under the door and conversations as if they were in my room. Very noisy and not to private 」

「Hotel was nice. But it is already winter here so almost restaurant was closed. Also Lassen National park was closed due to snow. We had nothing to do. 」

「The location is good and a Mexican restaurant near by is recommended. 」

「Front desk person was very nice, room was clean and well maintained. Only thing wrong was the conditioner bottle was not working.」

「OK it’s not a resort hotel but it was decent for the money. The rooms were clean and useable. The sink was in the main room and the shower and toilet were in a separate bathroom which was weird and the door to the bathroom opened into the main room instead of into the bathroom which made moving around a bit awkward. Other than those oddities it was OK.」

「The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy. The breakfast was decent but the coffee was not good. Staff was polite. My only complete is that the bath towels were so rough.」
