「Marie at front desk worked hard to fight computer problems that were plaguing the area. Pool was biggest in a hotel I have seen. And it was warm too. Hot tub was great. Easy access to downtown Galena. Clean hallways, room and good breakfast. 」

「What an absolute amazing stay at this beautiful Resort. We stayed during a snow storm and there is no better place be. It was warm, peaceful , clean and very relaxing and romantic Alfredo and Romona were very kind and hospitable. The fire place was a lovely touch and the hot tub inside was very romantic . I was also impressed with the water heater as the tub didn’t run out of hot water and it was the perfect temperature . The beds were so comfy, we slept very well. We will def be visiting...

「Front desk staff were friendly upon arrival and when checking out. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The a/c/furnace unit wasn’t too loud. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the pool was slightly cooler than I’d prefer, but not cold enough that we didn’t still swim. The breakfast had good options, nothing fancy. Overall would stay here again!」
