"I must say the room was very clean ... I will also say ... location was great and the gentleman at the front desk who didn't check us in but was very nice and gave great information about restaurants near the area. I would likr to share some friendly advice .... when checking in your customer..... just keep in mind the blah energy you give out does make a difference and it did .. so i was a bit disappointed. But overall staff was friendly and i would recommend but a little upgrading should probably be considered."

"I appreciated that they messaged ahead and asked about any requests. I was traveling for the death of a family member and needed a quiet room — I've also been traveling frequently and have noticed a lot of youth travel teams staying at hotels lately, often with loud kids in the hallways. Hilton upgraded me to a corner room with a beautiful view of the golf course and the trees of Oak Brook, which made a real difference."
