「Loved place of hotel and ease of shopping area. Great room as well. Only thing I had an issue with was room wouldn't get cooler that 74°. I am used to sleeping 68-69°」

「This place was awesome. It was uniquely located on the university campus, which was beautiful. It provided great amenities, and I liked the convenience of the bar/restaurant. It was also SO close to public transit- it was maybe a 5 minute walk to the metro station. The room was comfortable, modern, and super clean. Staff was lovely. 」

「It wasn't completely booked and I stayed downstairs but a very active family was put in the room above me. Running, jumping is never ok in a 2nd floor room and some people are just too stupid to know that!」

「This 1980’s hotel is right down by the Riverfront. Freshly painted inside. Furniture is getting tired but new furnishings are coming. Bedding and mattresses are clean and comfy. We walked to the riverboat, Molly Brown’s house and Twain’s house. Caverns are a 5 minute drive and we did them all. Great food is a three block or so walk.」

「I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. 」
