「As the name states it is definitely a cozy retreat for friends and family alike! The property is very well kept, the rooms are spacious and the backyard has a cute patio area with a spacious backyard as well! It’s located in a cute little neighborhood that’s perfect driving distance from downtown, you can have a nice day out and come back to grab a bite over by the house. The host is very quick with replying as well as helpful with anything you’d need while staying! I would definitely recommend...

「In town for our daughter's graduation from SLU. Brought Grandma, 2 kids, and the dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced front and back yard were such a plus. The house was very clean and Jeff was extremely responsive. Also close to lots of bars & restaurants. Would definitely recommend!」
