「4:pm Went in rang bell 4 times, no response. Called got message machine. Finally another person walks in and rings bell. Manager Patel walks in goes straight by me and goes to coffee machine, fills up his coffee then casually walks around me and decides to acknowledge my presents. You can see it was recently remodeled but based on from desk area it won’t be long before it goes downhill.」

「Very, very disappointed in this hotel. I booked based on prior reviews and they were very wrong. The hot tub area was filthy. Dead bugs in the windowsills, given it's winter, those bugs have been there quite a while. Black mold on the walls. The hot tub itself was dirty. Signs clearly indicated that alcohol was not allowed in the pool area. Several guests were having quite the party, the beer was flowing. I, along with other guests, mentioned this to the front desk, nothing was...

「Staff was friendly checking in. Weren’t able to use the pool due to arriving late and just staying one night passing through. Curtains in room were largely torn and dirty. Liked the four pillows on each bed. Beds were comfy. Room was large. Breakfast was ok. Not too many options. Hotel could use a little more updating. Probably one of the nicer hotels in the area. 」
