「I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. 」

「ロビー、廊下、部屋が典型的なアメリカのホテル、という感じです。空調やテレビの操作が簡単です。雰囲気が落ち着いてますし、スタッフの方々はフレンドリーです。部屋の広さにゆとりがあります。一階に無人の店があり、割と品揃えがあります。朝食がおいしいです。総合的にいって私は大変気に入りました！」

「We always stay at the Cheshire on our cross-country road trips. It's perfect for families and it's pet friendly. We like that it's clean, has character ( the rooms are named after different authors), and has good food options. The breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit options. But most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I left clothing behind on one of our trips recently and they went out of their way to look for it and mail it to me!
