"The room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel and hot tub are well taken care of, the poolside bar and grill has great staff, service, and food and beverages, and the access to the beach is unbeatable. An overall great stay for families or those looking for a relaxing, care-free time."

"For what we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The water pressure was extremely low, to the point that we were unable to brush our teeth or wash our hands at the bathroom sink and had to use the kitchenette sink instead. The room was worn, outdated, and not laid out in a way that made it functional. For example, the main entrance/exit was located in the bedroom with the double beds, where our children were sleeping. Additionally, there was only one couch that seats three, with no additional seating, in a two-bedroom unit advertised to accommodate six guests. The miniature golf area is in serious need of attention, and most of the outdoor foot showers were not working, with only one operational. The beach view was also largely obstructed by the tiki bar roof. Overall, the property appears to be in need of significant updates and does not reflect the price point. Based on this experience, we would not choose to return and would not recommend the property to friends or family visiting Panama City Beach."
