「For those who want the nitty gritty:Check-in wasn’t as seamless as the app made it seem it would be. The door code they emailed me at check-in didn’t work, I had to call and go through several codes with them on the phone, and the code never uploaded to view on the app. As far as cleanliness, everything looked amazing on the surface and I would’ve given 5 stars had I not experienced seeing the amount of crud that came off of the bottom shower door when I tried to wipe the excess water off. 「Parking was on the street. It did not feel secure. The area is industrial and it was very dark. The is one actual parking place that is the handicapped spot. The listing says free self parking, which is technically not a lie, but it is VERY deceiving. Im from the area and i would not have picked this place if I knew the parking situation. Parking is almost NEVER an issue and I was very disappointed. 」

「Our stay was wonderful. We have rented serval VRBO’s in Port St Joe Beach, Fl and this by far was our favorite! Very clean, stocked well with starters, comfortable, private and close to the beach without all the noise of 98. We will return! Thank you to Hannah for being a great host!」

「The landlord’s brother, extremely knowledgable in Pensacola’s history, took me on a free tour of the city, drove me to a local fish market for the best seafood-buying experience then to the Ever’man Cooperative Grocery store (A health-food heaven), few blocks away. He dropped me off at the Airport. I was treated like royalty during my two nights stay! Can’t wait to go back to a home away from home. 」

「We (my wife and I) had a nice quiet stay. Check-in was easy and the location is just off 98 in Carrabelle so it's super easy to find. There was a firepit in the back with wood already on site and we used it both nights we were there. In previous reviews, I read the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good.
