"Our room was very clean and fixed up fresh towels on a daily basis. The staff were very friendly and helpful answered all our questions. Breakfast area was clean well-maintained and there was always a lot of food. I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn to anybody."

"The hotel was ideally located for people travelling on the North Sydney ferry trips to Newfoundland - a simple drive down the hill, a few turns, and you are at the ferry terminal. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The restaurant was very reasonably priced. The seafood chowder was disappointing, as there was little fish in it. But the roast beef dinner and the serving of mussels was excellent."

"We were unsure about what to expect for the price we paid for the room but were very pleasantly surprised. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic once we found out how to set it up! Restaurant was very good as well! Best club I've ever had! We will be back if we are ever in the area again. Highly recommend."

"It’s an older property which has seen better days. You can tell they work very hard to keep it up and to keep it nice. We had been riding motorcycles in the rain all day and got there about noon. The manager let us check in early with no problem! Good ice machine!"
