However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no?"

"Pretty much everything was good. Our room was big, clean and spacious. Shower had nice cleansing accessories. We were missing a box of tissues and we had a problem getting back into the hotel parking lot. Our key card didn't work. Also there was no free parking. $30 parking fee was unexpected surprise. Complimental Breakfast was nice and fulfilling."

"Incredible value for the price. Very nice, large apartment to stay in with a great view and great, convenient location in downtown. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because I spilled water and wiping it up showed me the floors needed to be mopped. The unit we stayed in had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, which is a rare luxury when traveling. My biggest regret is only staying for one night and not a week."

Overall, a very average stay."
